This bristle blocks come in their own durable case (very convenient for storage) What I liked about this package is that in addition to the different shapes, it came with wheels, farm animals, and people (Mom, Dad, little girl, little boy). Originaly I bought this because I was tired of blocks. I needed an alternative! (Yes I do play with my kids’ toys because I play with my kids!!!) With my 3 year old, we made beds and used cotton balls as pillows that we stuffed in the center of the empty square krinkles. She loved it and had the whole krinkle family playing around these krinkle-made furniture pieces. Great quality. Great buy. All you need is imagination.

I used to play with young kids with bristle blocks a lot about 20 years ago; they were wonderful; creative, fun, great.
I was disappointed in these “Krinkles”; which I just purchased. They look like the old bristle blocks I used to have; but they just don’t stay together. It’s not fun to play with the kids and have their creations fall apart every time they try to build something.
I’m going to have to pay more, I guess, and buy the real thing that works.

The Krinkles are very nice. I had wanted them to add to a set of my childrens Playskool Bristle Blocks. They do not interlock with them. Otherwise, they are very nice. Even my 7 year old grandson loves to play with them.
