Deyvis and Wendy are my 100 stranger 4th portrait from Lima, Perú. It was early in the morning, and the weather was foggy and with very low light. We were strolling by the "Malecon of Miraflores", and when we arrived at "Plaza del amor" (Love square), I found this couple kissing by "the kiss" sculpture. I first started taking some pictures with my mobile phone while I explained to them about the project. They told me they had been playing hookie from school. I got their facebook and so sent them the pictures, which they liked a lot and already shared with their community. I hope you do like them too.

This picture is #4 in my 100 strangers project. Find out more about the project and see pictures taken by other photographers at the 100 Strangers Flickr Group page.

  1. I love this. The use of monochrome was a good decision. Colour would have distracted your eye from what is a very good pose. A well taken portrait.

  2. [http://www.flickr.com/photos/openimages49] it took me long time to find that in monochrome had a good choice. Thank you!!
